today there was a superbusy day at my bread&butter job, no time to take photos, but the day was finished by a fancy and delicious dinner at Bussia http://www.bussia.nl/ in Amsterdam, modern Italian fusion cuisine, see for yourself the amazing vegetarian dish, not only eye-candy but also very tasty food

the subtle reflections of the garlands and the light against the plastic cover stopped me to take the photo, despite the fact that it was freezing cold tonite
