today there was an event with military marches and a lot of people with different uniform performing, what stopped me about the guy was the posture of the hands

Today I joined a Miksang practise day in Zandvoort, at the beach of the North Sea in The Netherlands. The assignments were the "sandness of sand" and moments and sand. Once I made contact with the sand it was such a pleasurable and playful assignment.
